We are pleased to provide passes to working journalists who would like to do a story on RARSfest. Please submit a request by clicking on this link to message Nancy Torborg KB2TNR, the RARSfest Chair.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• The name of your media outlet
• The type of media outlet (e.g., print, broadcast TV, broadcast radio, Internet)
• The Internet address for your media outlet (URL, handle, username, etc.)
• Your email address
• Your telephone number
• Who you would like to interview
• How many people you would like to bring (including yourself)
• Whether you intend to bring a remote truck
• Anything else you think might be helpful

We will notify you by email if your request is approved. If approved, you may pick up your press pass at the “Load-In” entrance on the west side of the Jim Graham Building the day before the show or at the “Will-Call” entrance on the day of the show. Please see directions here.
