2023 Pricing

• 8 ft. table w/2 chairs (does not include admission - you must also buy an admission ticket)
  • $23 each with preregistration (see below) through April 1.
  • $27 each after April 1.
• 120V AC power is $25 per connection
  (bring your own extension cords).
• Vehicle access is through the west load-in entrance only (see map). On arrival, look for the loading dock ramp at the rear of the building.
• Drive in, unload at your tables, and move your vehicle outside before setting up.
  • Friday from noon until 7:00 pm
  • Saturday from 6:00 am to 7:30 am sharp
  • Please do not leave your vehicle unattended while it is in the building. Unattended vehicles will be given away as door prizes
• Vehicles may enter the building again after 3:00 pm (and not a second before) for load-out. Please  . . .
  • have your equipment packed and ready to go before retrieving your vehicle
  • enter through the west entrance only (just as for load-in)
  • do not leave your vehicle unattended in the building or in the entrance line. Unattended vehicles will be donated to needy RARSfest volunteers.
• Please note that the table prices do not including admission. You must also purchase an admission ticket.

Please note that the assignment of flea market tables is entirely at our discretion. We generally assign tables on a first come, first served basis. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests made at the time of purchase, but requests for changes to existing assignments will, in most cases, not be granted. Assignments may change at our discretion up to and including the day of the event.
